the design is great with allen wrench assembly (allen wrench included) and the screw holes are milled metal for a tight smooth fit and ease of set up. Packaging was great with no concern of scratches due to the extensive packaging foam (including spray in foam). No multiple types of parts or screws, just the same screws and washers for all. Set up was a breeze and they are gorgeous. Wish more mail order products were this simple!

Run from these people..I can't rate the product because I have not gotten it yet, in the time line specified in the terms of the agreement. You cannot get anyone to help you as no one will call you back or email you back in the time their messages say that they will. Product may be nice but the service is horrible. Find something else by another company, just not this one.

I had a good experience from start to finish with this order. The package arrive as scheduled. It was packed well. The coffee table and and end tables are beautiful. Perfect, sturdy. nicely built, easy to assemble... took me less than an hour. Would definitely order from them again.
